I used to weight close to 300 pounds. Yes, it's true. I now weigh 185 pounds (I am 6'4") and loving life. In addition I have developed a body sculpting routine on the Total gym that only takes 15-20 minutes. I will be updating this page soon with video and pictures on how you can do this too! No matter what gender you are - you can make yourself fit and trim. I will also be updating the food (recipe) section and include what food to eat and not to eat.
